Sam joined Flagstone International as a Business Analyst in November 2025, supporting the business across data analysis, reporting, and client operations. He holds a BA in Business and Marketing and brings early-career experience across business development, client service, marketing, and commercial operations within international markets.

At Flagstone, Sam focuses on delivering internal and external reporting, forecasting data, and identifying trends to support informed decision-making across the business. He also manages client queries and contributes to process improvements through automation and AI-driven initiatives. Sam works closely with colleagues across the business to support client outcomes, strengthen reporting, and help develop efficient, scalable operations within a growing fintech environment.
