Mia brings over 20 years of multi-jurisdictional experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. She has held senior roles across fiduciary, fund, investment, and banking businesses, and previously ran her own regulated compliance firm in the Isle of Man.

As Head of Compliance, Mia ensures Flagstone International meets its regulatory obligations while supporting the business’s continued growth. She’s passionate about doing the right business the right way—protecting clients, the Flagstone brand, and Jersey’s reputation as a leading financial centre.
