Helen brings over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked across trust and banking institutions in both London and Jersey. Her career began at State Street in the Deputy CEO’s office, before moving into senior leadership roles at UBS Trustees Jersey Limited and UBS AG, Jersey Branch—where she held regulated positions and board directorships.

A full STEP member, Helen joined Flagstone International over 2 years ago. She leverages her dual experience in banking and fiduciary services to enhance the firm’s bank panel and expand the range of products available to clients. Passionate about innovation and digital transformation, Helen plays a key role in shaping strategic partnerships, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the platform’s growth in an increasingly digital financial landscape.
