He has held roles within leading financial services organisations, focusing on governance, controls, and client operations across multiple jurisdictions.

He leads Flagstone’s onboarding function, ensuring the client lifecycle is managed in line with regulatory standards while supporting a seamless and scalable client experience. Jonny has strong expertise in corporate governance and international regulatory frameworks, alongside experience implementing technology-driven processes to enhance efficiency and control within a fintech environment.
