Hayley Lippiatt

Hayley joined Flagstone International as Client Director in February 2026, bringing extensive experience across private banking and international financial services. She began her career in the UK before relocating to Jersey in 2009, where she spent over a decade working with large single and multi-family offices, trust and corporate service providers, and ultra-high-net-worth clients. She later specialised in Southern African HNW markets and Partner Capital Services.

At Flagstone, Hayley focuses on leading, expanding, and strengthening strategic client partnerships, working closely with key intermediaries and clients to support long-term growth. She holds a degree in Marketing alongside professional qualifications including CeMAP and CISI certifications.
