Harriet Heaven

Harriet joined Flagstone International as a Partnership Associate in September 2025. She brings experience across business development, marketing, and compliance, having worked within two of the Big Four accountancy firms and the Jersey financial services industry, building a strong understanding of AML and regulatory requirements alongside a commercial, relationship-led approach.

As part of the Banks Partnership team, Harriet supports the development of relationships with Flagstone’s global network of partner banks, helping to expand and enhance the platform’s deposit offering. She also contributes to wider growth initiatives, including marketing and brand awareness, and has been closely involved in coordinating the launch of Money Market Funds. Harriet holds a BSc in Marketing and Management and an ICA Certificate in Compliance.
