Andrew Heppleston

Andrew joined Flagstone International as Financial Controller in December 2025, bringing over 20 years of financial services experience across banking, trust, and fiduciary businesses in Jersey. A UK-qualified accountant and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he has held senior finance roles across international banking and fiduciary organisations.

He leads Flagstone International’s Finance function, overseeing reporting, forecasting and financial control, while partnering across the business to support scalable growth. Andrew is particularly focused on leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency, strengthen financial governance and support a high-performing, data-led fintech environment.
