Aidan McAvinue

Aidan joined Flagstone International as Chief Executive Officer in November 2025, bringing over twenty years of leadership experience across banking, family offices, investment management, and fintech. He has built and led regulated financial services businesses and advised global family offices and institutional clients operating in complex, highly regulated environments.
He believes the most effective financial platforms combine strong governance with intelligent technology to simplify complexity, enhance returns, and manage risk. Alongside his commercial work, Aidan is committed to giving back as co-founder and Chair of Family First, a Jersey-based charity supporting families of children requiring treatment abroad.
