You possess deep market knowledge and have a proven ability to identify, pursue, and onboard assets within complex client environments. You are deeply persuasive, with a mastery of managing client relationships and a strategic mindset that allows you to see the bigger picture.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in using an Account Development Plan (ADP) process to continuously build a share of wallet and deepen client partnerships.
- Deep market knowledge, including an understanding of cash's role in multi-jurisdictional trust, corporate, and fund structures, as well as relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATCA, CRS, AML).
- Exceptional financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to present compelling business cases.
- Outstanding ability to build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships based on consultation and mutual success.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and project management skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
- The ability to network effectively across complex, international organisations is vital. This role will require travel to build and nurture key relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Growth: Own and exceed quarterly and annual growth targets for Assets under Administration (AUA), driving revenue retention and expansion across our most valuable client accounts.
- Client Leadership: Develop and maintain comprehensive Account Development Plans (ADPs), evolving relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
- Playbook Development: Lead the creation, implementation, and refinement of strategic playbooks for our segmented client base, ensuring a tailored and effective approach for each tier.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Manage the end-to-end Account Management pipeline, ensuring exceptional productivity, accurate forecasting, and robust CRM data for reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, feeding essential product and marketing requirements to ensure our platform continues to exceed client expectations.
- Team Mentorship: Lead by example within the commercial team, mentoring and developing the next line of Account Directors through your resilience and rigour.
